Dr. Trey Underwood was born and raised in Bossier City, LA. He received his bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Louisiana Tech University in 2000. He earned his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Louisiana State University in 2004.
Dr. Underwood's veterinary career began in Ruston as an associate at All Creatures Animal Hospital. He purchased the practice in October 2006, and launched the PetStar concept. In August of 2012, he brought that concept to Natchitoches. Dr. Underwood has a mission to bring quality veterinary care to North Central Louisiana and will strive to treat your pets as if they were his own.
As a devoted father and husband, Dr. Underwood enjoys spending time with lovely wife, Jessica, beautiful daughters, Olivia and Gracelyn, and his son, Tucker. He also loves to hang out with his two black labs, Trick and Scoop, and his black cat, Jazzabelle. "I have been so blessed in my life. Dr. Doug Landry is a native of Franklin, LA. He attended Louisiana State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science in 2000 and received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Louisiana State University in 2003.
Dr. Landry’s veterinary career began in Clinton, LA where he was in a mixed animal practice for 2 years. He and his wife, Allison, moved to Many, LA in 2005, and he was an associate veterinarian in a very busy mixed animal practice there for 10 years.
Dr. Landry joined the PetStar team in June 2015. He is excited to become involved with an American Animal Hospital Association accredited clinic that practices top quality veterinary care. He enjoys the PetStar philosophy that allows for a balance of professional and personal life. Dr. Landry enjoys gardening, fishing, hunting, and spending family time with Allison and their two children, Brynn and Garrett. The Landry family includes Chaney, a rescued mixed breed, and Ash, a Labrador Retriever.
